Seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to serve as Associate Medical Director of Adult Medicine . This leadership role supports providers, oversees quality initiatives, and maintains an active clinical practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider seeking a leadership role while continuing meaningful clinical work in a mission-driven setting. Schedule
Monday–Friday
• 1 administrative/leadership day
• 4 clinical days
Annual leadership stipend

Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership and provider mentorship
Support quality initiatives and care coordination
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and provider evaluations
Deliver full-scope adult primary care
Collaborate on policy development and program design
Requirements
Active CA, MD Internal Medicine Physician license
Board certified/Board Eligible
3+ years clinical experience
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Community health or underserved experience is a plus
