Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:
- Expertise in IBM FileNet 5.x development, configuration, and operations, including administration, upgrades, and production support
- Familiarity with enterprise content management principles and practices
- Familiarity with object and file storage, storage-device integration, and cloud storage or storage-grid capabilities
- Understanding of cloud-native technologies and concepts
- At least 2 years of API or microservices development experience
- At least 3 years of experience developing or supporting IT service management solutions
- At least 3 years of experience with distributed server platforms
- At least 2 years of application production support experience
- Experience with Ansible, Terraform, and cloud engineering concepts
- Experience with application and server health probes
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to lead toward production goals, deadlines, and performance metrics
- Ability to identify root causes and improvement opportunities and develop approaches to address them
- A customer-service mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
- Understanding of technologies for key management, resilient systems, security, microservices architectures, and active-active solutions
Responsibilities: - Execute deployments, FileNet upgrades, production support, and configuration changes
- Perform content mass updates using FileNet APIs and use FileNet Sweep to migrate content
- Address FileNet vulnerabilities and implement remediation
- Integrate FileNet with storage devices and cloud capabilities, storage grids, and related technologies
- Oversee deployments, troubleshoot issues, and provide operational support
- Monitor applications and platforms using tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus, and Grafana
- Resolve issues and maintain application and platform stability in complex distributed environments
- Lead initiatives in automation, cloud transformation, and monitoring and alerting instrumentation across applications and platforms
- Facilitate discussions about issues identified before and after deployments
- Validate complex systems and components, plan deployments, and smoke-test deployed code and configurations
- Maintain documentation and processes in tools such as Confluence, Jira, and ServiceNow, and bring structure to operational functions
- Design complex system upgrades and develop long-range plans to resolve problems and prevent recurrence
- Participate in high-level technical discussions spanning technology and business needs
- Develop solutions that reduce recovery time and coordinate cross-functional root-cause analysis of production issues
- Support a portfolio of applications across multiple technologies
- Provide technical consultation for end-to-end automated software solutions that integrate with in-house or vendor solutions through APIs and web services
- Govern production deployments, enforce controls, and oversee changes to production environments
- Advise and mentor team members and provide expert guidance to senior leadership
- Learn and apply platform engineering tools and concepts, automate work, and build and test CI/CD pipelines
- Improve system efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Review operational support systems, application software, and system management tools to help ensure high availability of systems and infrastructure
- Lead the team in meeting technical deliverables while applying relevant technical process controls and standards
- Work with vendors and technical colleagues to resolve issues and maintain systems and infrastructure availability
