Your Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients, request diagnostic tests, and develop custom care plans
• Diagnose and address acute or chronic conditions, partnering with physicians or operating independently as per your credentials
• Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management strategies
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments within your practice guidelines
• Engage in patient follow-up and ongoing care supervision
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
• Maintain meticulous and accurate records in electronic medical systems (EMR)

What You Need to Bring

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Necessary Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in California
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or other relevant specialty
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications or the ability to secure them within 90 days
